As evaluators, resources will need to assess the severity and safety of content, specifically hate speech, harassment, dangerous content, and sexually explicit material. Evaluators gauge the severity of these safety aspects in prompts and responses, label the content, and rate overall quality based on relevance, coherence, and factuality, excluding safety attributes.  

Mandatory Requirements: 

1.        Language Proficiency: Native speakers of any of the languages below and fluent in English.   
2.       They can be based anywhere in the world but not in the following countries: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Russia, Ukraine (Crimea region, Luhansk, and Donetsk), China, North Korea, Venezuela, Yemen, Sudan, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, United Kingdom. 
3.        Certifications: Successful completion of required certifications is mandatory. This will be done in OneForma, there are 3 certifications: 

Cert 1:General LLM Multi-Choice Certification – can be found by resource in “Certifications & Surveys” section. 

Cert 2:Karl Error Annotation – needs to be assigned by Agency. 

Cert 3: Karl Severity and Safety Labeling - needs to be assigned by Agency.

We are seeking professionals fluent in Korean, Japanese, and Mandarin to assist with a transcription project involving code-switching between these three languages within the same audio.

Project Details:

• Volume: Approximately 80-300 hours of audio.
• Requirement: Workers must be proficient in all three languages (Korean, Japanese, and Mandarin).
• Task: Transcribe audio files accurately while identifying and handling code-switching seamlessly.
